We don't disappear. Every build includes a settling-in period where we fix anything that surfaces once real visitors arrive. After that you can handle updates yourself, or keep us on for ongoing technical support, connecting new tools, making changes, and keeping things running. There's no obligation to stay on a retainer, and nothing breaks if you don't.
Maybe not, and we'll tell you if that's the case. Sometimes the honest answer is that your site is fine and the real problem is that nobody can find it, which is an SEO or technical fix rather than a rebuild. Rebuild when the site actively works against you: slow, hard to edit, doesn't reflect the business, or loses people before they enquire.
Yes, and we treat mobile as the main version rather than an afterthought. Most visitors to small business sites arrive on a phone, so we design for that screen first and make sure it loads fast on a normal connection. We test on real devices before launch, not just a browser window resized to look narrow.
Not necessarily, but you know your business better than we do. Most clients supply the raw material, meaning what they do, who they serve, and what makes them different, and we shape it into copy that reads well and works for search. If you'd rather we write it from scratch after interviewing you, we can. Either way, having content ready is the single biggest factor in hitting the six-week timeline.
Yes to both. For stores we usually pair Webflow with Shopify so you get a properly designed storefront on top of Shopify's checkout and inventory, which is how we built OKFITT. For bookings we wire in whatever suits your business, like Square Appointments for House of Noir, so customers book without leaving your site. Payments, inventory, and confirmations all run behind the scenes.
Yes, and we set it up so that's realistic rather than technically true. Content you'll actually want to change, like text, images, blog posts, services, and team members, goes into the CMS so you can edit it without touching design or code. We'll walk you through it before launch. If you'd rather we handle updates, that's what our technical support covers.
You do. Once final payment clears, all the custom design and code produced for your project is yours, and that's written into our Terms. You keep the hosting account in your name, you keep the domain, and you can take the site elsewhere whenever you like. We don't hold anything back to keep you tied to us.
We build in Webflow, and sometimes custom code for more complex products. WordPress is fine for some jobs, but it needs constant plugin updates and security patching, and that maintenance quietly becomes your problem. Webflow sites stay fast, don't need monthly patching, and are genuinely easy to edit yourself. If your project genuinely suits WordPress, we'll say so rather than pretend otherwise.
Six weeks, typically. Weeks one and two are strategy: what the site needs to do, who it's for, and how it should be structured. Weeks three to six are design, build, and launch. The main thing that stretches a timeline is waiting on content and feedback, so we agree deadlines for both up front. If you need it faster, tell us and we'll say honestly whether it's possible.
One-page sites start at $1,200. Multi-page sites, online stores, and builds with bookings or integrations cost more depending on scope. The main drivers are how many pages you need, whether you're selling online, and how much content is ready to go. We quote a fixed price before starting, so the number you agree is the number you pay. You'll get it after a 45-minute call, not a vague range in an email.
