Custom, quoted per project. What you're automating varies a lot, so we price it after we understand the task rather than guessing at a package. You get a fixed number before work starts. There are usually small ongoing costs for the underlying services, and we tell you what those are up front instead of letting them appear on your card later. If a task doesn't justify the setup cost, we say so.
Sometimes, but usually not. A chatbot is one option and often not the best one. More often the useful work happens invisibly. Something arrives, gets processed, gets filed, and lands where it should without anyone touching it. Your customers never see it, and your team just has less to do.
Answering repeat customer questions, turning enquiries into properly organised records instead of a messy inbox, drafting replies for a person to check and send, pulling details out of invoices or forms, and summarising long documents or calls. Unglamorous, and that's the point. These are the tasks that quietly consume a small team's week.
Usually, yes, and it doesn't require a rebuild. The common requests are answering routine customer questions, helping people find the right service or product, and routing enquiries to the right place with the right information already attached. We'll tell you whether your current site can support it cleanly or whether something needs sorting out first.
This is the real risk and it's why we build narrow rather than broad. Anything customer-facing is limited to what it actually knows, meaning your services, hours, pricing, and policies, and set up to hand over to a person when it's unsure rather than guessing. We test it against awkward questions before it goes live, and you can see and correct what it says.
We start by working out how many hours the task currently takes. If automating something saves two hours a week, that's roughly a hundred hours a year, and you can weigh that against the cost yourself. If the numbers don't clearly work, we'll tell you not to bother. Not every process is worth automating.
It matters, and it's the question too few people ask. We'll be specific about what data goes where, which services process it, and what they retain, before anything is connected. For businesses in Canada that means paying attention to PIPEDA and BC's privacy rules. If a use case would mean sending sensitive customer information somewhere we're not comfortable with, we'll say so and find another approach.
No. We wire the tools into what you already use, so it shows up inside your inbox, your CRM, or your website rather than as another app to learn and log into. If your team has to change how they work to accommodate it, we've built it wrong. We'll set it up and show everyone how it fits into their day.
That's not what we build. The point is giving a small team back hours so they can do the work only people can do: talking to customers, making judgment calls, actually running the business. If you're at the stage where you'd otherwise need to hire an admin just to keep up, this can often delay that. It doesn't replace anyone who's good at their job.
Realistically, it handles the repetitive work that eats your week. Answering the same customer questions, sorting and routing enquiries, drafting first versions of routine emails, pulling information out of documents, summarising notes. It's less impressive than the marketing suggests and more useful than most people expect. We look for tasks your team does over and over, and take those off their plate.
